QUAINTON EMAIL LETTER 14.04.2017

Funeral arrangements for the late Eric "Dusty" Miller

The late Eric "Dusty" Miller.

I have, tonight, received confirmation from Eric's son that the funeral itself is a private family occasion but that all are welcome to the burial of his ashes in his parent's grave at St Dunstan's Church, Mill Lane, Monks Risborough, HP27 9JE at 14.00 (2pm) on Thursday 20th April, which is this coming week. There will be a wake in the church afterwards.

I attach an appreciation of Eric, the details of which have been approved by Eric's son. As he said Dusty was happy to do everyone a good turn rather than a bad one. (See Obituaries)

Thomas

Its been a busy day at Quainton today. Thomas has been doing his stuff as usual and has been joined by Percy in the Down Yard running with the vintage coaches. Better known to us as Millom, Percy sports a bright yellow number 6 and red bands across her saddle tank, all peel-off metallic, of course. Why not come and give the loyal band of volunteers a helping hand over the next 3 days? There is always plenty to be done to help entertain our visitors.
